Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order with us is easy, convenient and secure! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping pages total will appear to the right of the "payment options" screen.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: Orders can be placed securely using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, or PayPal.

Q: Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
A: Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You can check the status of your order by logging into the account you created when you placed your order and checking the status of your order. You will be notified via email when your order status is updated. You can also e-mail us if you have any questions about your order.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: 
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, plus 1-5 days to ship it, depending on the shipping address.

Orders are shipped (Mon-Fri) excluding national holidays. We do not ship orders on the weekend (Sat. or Sun.) Kerusso orders will normally deliver in 4-7 business days.

Q: How will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Normally, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order providing it is not on backorder. Orders are then shipped out via USPS and normally delivered in 4-7 business days depending on the shipping address. An order tracking number will be provided.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We ship Priority Mail through the USPS.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes. However, the shipping times for these orders will be longer than other orders.

Q: Do you offer a rush shipping option?
A: We do offer rush shipping. But because most orders have 1-2 day processing times, we don't like to have a shipping option that leaves the customer expecting something that we may not always be able to deliver. For rush shipping rates, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Q: What if my order is undeliverable?
A: If the USPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by USPS to redeliver the package.

Q: What if your return and exchange policy?
A: 
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality apparel, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt.

You will need to make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping back to us. We do not refund your shipping charges back to us, however we will refund the cost of merchandise once the merchandise is received by the warehouse if you are sending your merchandise back for credit. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable and non-saleable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Q: How long before I receive a refund?
A: After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: In order to receive a RA# (Return Authorization Number) for return, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. There is a 10% restocking fee on these returns.

Q: What if I receive my order and some items are damages?
A: Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please contact us at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. We will help you file a claim with USPS if needed.

Q: How do you use my contact information?
A: We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.

Q: Are online transactions on your site secure?
A: Yes, all transactions are secure. 
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Paypal's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

We DO NOT at anytime during the checkout process have access to any of your credit card information. All credit card information is securely processed via Paypal.
